SESSIONAL CHILDCARE (CCS Approved)

We are a CCS approved, child safe service providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for every child.

We see children as capable and active participants in their learning, supporting their agency, voices and choices each day. Our program reflects the diverse cultures of our community, with families encouraged to be genuine partners in the learning journey.

We are committed to child safety and to the wellbeing of all children, families, staff and volunteers. We prioritise the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and children with a disability.

We offer quality sessional childcare aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. Our environment supports play, exploration, friendships and confidence for children from babies through to preschool age.

Age Range – 12 months – 5 years

Tuesday sessions – 9.15am- 1.15pm (4 hours)

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday sessions – 9.15am-2.30pm (5 hours)

PLAYGROUPS

Becoming a parent or caring for a young child is a big journey-and you don’t have to do it alone. Our welcoming playgroups are open to everyone. It's a relaxed space to connect, share experiences and build friendships while children play and explore together.

We offer purpose-built indoor and secure outdoor environments, with play areas, toys, arts and crafts, kitchen facilities, a children’s bathroom and baby change space. Groups are kept small (up to 15 families) to create a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere.

You’re welcome to visit a few sessions at no cost to see if it’s the right fit. Families bring a small morning tea to share, and tea and coffee are provided.

2026 Playgroups will run from Monday to Friday in the Thomas room (Front room)

Monday – Grandparent’s session – 9.00am-12.00pm

Wednesday– Open age session – 12.30pm-2.30pm

Thursday - Rainbow session - 10.00am-12.00pm

Thursday - Infants session (3 months-18 months) - 1.00pm-3.00pm

Friday – *Open age structured session 9.30am-11.30am

*This playgroup session will be facilitated by a qualified early childhood educator, activities and experiences are planned for and set up for the children and their accompanying parent.

Pro Rata Fees: Fee revision occurs 1 July each year- $160 per year, $85 per half year, $50 per term, $6 Casual per session
